OK...now that you explained it more, then I suspect you have nothing wrong. You got water into the belt casing, and what you had leak out was a discolored, water/grease mix. Not that big of a deal. BUT, I would service the clutch again anyway. Tale it apart and regrease. Reason being, you don't know what was in that water (Sand, mud, dirt) and it will get into the grease and act like grit/sandpaper. It can/will wear out the rollers and ramps in which those rollers move in. This is why I think that anytime the belt housing gets water in it, it is a MUST to do a service. It is easy maintenance, fairly inexpensive, and can go a long way with extending the life of the drivetrain. Dezz
