Well I made it through the pit. It was a good bit of work but I did it. Shows what a bear can do in the right hands. The canned hams and brute farces couldn't even do it.

They're gonna be having a 500 under and 501 up bog coming up soon. I'll post all the info as I get it. It's looking like it's gonna be a time trial instead of a head to head bog.

No cash. I didn't pay in my $10, plus he hasn't had enough folks pay in to be able to pay out the $1000. I threw the idea to him of having a 2 class bog instead, and pay out $500 per class. I'd rather see that $1000 go back into the park though. It's small, but there's definate room for expansion. I'll post a link to the vid as soon as they post it. Show ya what these small bikes can do.

As it sits, there's only one lane through that pit, and that's the one I made today. It'd be near impossible to get two bikes through there side by side. He originally made it to be a truck bog. I don't mind racing a time trial. I'm just glad there's a place close to the house to have any kind of bog, more or less a head to head one. All in due time though. I'm sure they'll run it out side by side as the pit gets flatter and bigger. This is a new park and they're doing a good job with it.

Well come on out and voice your opinion to the owner. He's very responsive to constructive criticism. Like I said, he originally made it for trucks, and he's kinda oblivious to most of the atv world. But they're good folks up there.

Do you have flash installed in your browser? I noticed that the vids would mess up if I scrolled with my "mouse wheel" instead of pulling the drag down bar on the right of the screen. Or look in the videos section of the site. I think you need windows media video 9 to view it.

That worked. Nice job. I make a trip to Red Creek ever now and again as well. We have unlimited places to ride right here though so I don't go to Red Creek very often. Just for competitions. We do mostly creek riding. I love the water. No dust.

Thank ya sir. I just loved the fact that all these big bores tried it, and it was the bear that actually made it through. Come on out. We never got to try the fun stuff at avalon. There's plenty of water.........mixed with swamp muck. I know vaguely where loxley is. Is there "legal" riding out that way? Or are you on land where you know the owners?

Sounds like your riding scared where you are. Haha, no worries here. It's hunting land and the club don't mind. They leave all the gates open so everyone can get in during the summer. No riding through there during hunting season though. The creek is a fun ride. I've spend many days there over the last 15 or so years.

They run all the mud bog competitions there now. It's also a really fun to ride as well. All the holes have gotten torn up pretty bad due to so much traffic though.

HAHA...thats funny. I have been tryin to go ridin with kidsoncoffee for months now and it just never works itself out. But I live in Pensacola and work in Bay Minette. Maybe you could show us this creek? We all need to meet up at the new place and get to know everyone. It seems that any time there is a big ride in the southeast...i'm out of town racing or some other bs.... Let me know next time anybody randomly wants to go for a ride....at this point I am interested in a dusty spot!! haha
