They are? Hmm. Electrical gauges are much easier to hook up IMO but a PITA to wire. lol. So your temp gauge has the copper tubing off the back? What does the oil gauge have? Clear tubing like stuff and fittings?

What does your volt gauge usually read while running?

they wanted twice the money for electrical gauges so i went this way. the temp gauge uses a black led wire off it, the oil gauge i used a copper line and kept it ran real tight and close to the snorkel tube, then i hooked it in the oil cooler line.
the Volt gauge hits 14v when i start it up but after its been running for awhile it goes down to alittle over 12v.

Popo800 or whatever your name is, I have been through more bikes then you have been through smart ideas. ITs preference not requirement. The difference between men and boys is the price of your toys. Im gonna say I have more money tied up in my motor then you have in your whole bike

lol that is what the buddie system is all about.  That sounds like the week we will be out there.  We want the water to settle for a week before we head out that way.  We will see.  I will keep it updated in places to ride section.  Maybe we can get a ride going.

GWC, that is one of the most clever gauge setups I have seen by far, and judging by your first pic....I guess Cats DO like water. LOL! I guess what I've been hearing all these years was just wrong.

Popo my truck handles water just fine. My igniton coil is mounted inside the truck, my distributor is watertight thanks to silicone and dielectric grease. My air intake is inside the truck. My exhaust is ran into the bed and run up high. it does just fine in 4ft  of water. I can even do a water wheelie with it if I run 14.50s on it. Right now Im only running 10.50s and it digs good but doesnt float

Mine isn't THE baddest, but it is mine and I have done all the work on it, so I think it's pretty "bad."

I feel your pain. I had a brute and caught **** cause all of them had Popos. I never had problems with the brute except when i let Coors light drive. Then I got a herd of Popos and I catch **** now cause I sold the brute and do not go where I put the brute cause the Popo ain`t snorkled.
