i havent had an exauhst snorkle but i am going to think about it now. over the past few weeks my bike has ben losing power and i couldn't figure out why. also been hard to start when warm. i just went to quad fest in penn. and while in the deep mud hole i lost all power, not enough to stall but it wouldnt even rev high in neutral. my muffler slowly clogged up with mud over the past 3-4 years. all i could do at the time was beat it with a log and poke at it with a screwdriver. i cleared out enought to ride the rest of the weekend, but what a bummer. and i always said "keep it running and you dont need an exhaust snorkle" i might be changing my mind!

PROPER MAINTENANCE OF YOUR BIKE WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THAT....JUST HAD TO PULL YOUR EXHAUST AND CLEAN EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE.....WOULD HAVE EVENTUALLY DONE IT WITH EXHAUST SNORKEL TOO!!!!

That's awesome I'd love to come down and ride in your area.

I dropped my helmet when I first got it and broke the center out of the visor.

That's cool.  I've rode with a few guys that don't wear them.  I like my brain in my head, not splattered all over the place if something happens.

My exhaust snorkal is the same height as my rack bag. I have never had any issues with the height of it. To each their own. This topic is like beating a dead horse.

My friends' Rancher dies under water everyonce in awhile and all we do is get it out of the water then start it up and rev it up for a few seconds and it spits all the water back out.
