They should register them. That way you couldn't register a stolen atv.

ditch or not, in kentucky, i think its 50 feet to each side of the road is considered to be "right of way" and is part of the road. i know this because my friendly wildlife officer kindly cut me off in his new Dodge Ram. I serously thought he was gonna run over me. luckly, he knew my dad and told me to "get home". of course i was headed home already, hehehe so i rode for a few more miles and turned back only to meet him again.

He "helped" me load it up in his truck and took me home. i was so embarrassed, BUT i idnt get a ticket. thanks dad

I live in ms and i will never do this...i dont even register them now

If they get crazy like that ill sell my atv and put the money into a harley or something.

in mn you can ride in the ditch from aug 1 to april 1 u have to have them registered and licenced and the sticker is 38 for 3 years its not all that bad its just change and u guys dont want it

Correct, but it will be easier to spot an atv without numbers on it and check it out.
