Well here's a idea for you.....MAKE 2 DIFFERENT SHOCK MOUNTS! You could make it where it's a a 4" and a 6-8".

You could have it where when you've only got it raised 4" that the axles aren't in any more of a bind than they are with what lift you've got (I'm guessin HL lift and lift springs). That way you could ride it on the trails or roads if you want and not worry about meltin axle boots ETC... BUT have another shock mount that pushes the the suspension down and puts the axles at maybe 40ish degrees and it'd raise the bike up about another 3 or 4 inches. That way dependin on what kinda ridin your doin you can adjust it with just 4 bolts! You'd have the wider stance and lower center of gravity 4" for the trails, pits,  and such or you could have the big lift for extra clearance and skinnier bike to fit down in the ruts for mudding!! Would take a bit longer to fab up considerin you'd have to get all your joints fabbed up just right to allow that much play BUT once it's done it'd be well worth it!!!

Yeah it could be done that way. I am thinking about getting a longer driveshaft made for it. Like 2-3 inches longer. I want the back tires off the rear fender some. Kinda like a racked look in a way. BTW ... I dont have a lift on it right now.

Go with the 6" lift.  If you only do 4", you will be kicking yourself and saying you should have done 6"!!!
