My wife and I send our prayers. I don't know you (other than your bike and posts on here), but you sound like an amazing woman. Keep your head up, and everything will turn out fine.

I can't make it to any of the rides, but I am in the process of selling some old parts, so when I get it in my paypal, I will shoot it over to you. Will probably only be around $100 but every little bit helps.

BTW - Has a paypal been set-up for this yet? If so, please send me the address.

Tammy I hate to hear the bad news and you are in Mine and Sarahs prayers. Someone said something about doing something in Crosby and if yall need help, let me know. We also have Redneck Games next month and if anybody wants to try to do something up there I am wiling to help all that I can. To those of yall that dont know Tammy, she is of the nicest, hardheaded, stubborn people you will ever meet. LOL!!! We met her and John for the first time at Nats and they treated us like they had known us for years. Help the Family out and it will never be forgotten!!! We love you Tammy!!!

okay here is an idea of what we have going on so far.........

we are waiting in dates for a Crosby TX ride, a Kilgore TX ride, and an absolute sweet heart Robert from Texas Mudfest is setting up something as we speak. I will have the dates up as soon as possible.
It will be a minimum of $10.00/person donation for the ride........that is cheaper than a 12 pack of beer, the money will go into Tammys medial expense account. It is a great way to spend a family day together and get dirty for a great cause....our girl Tammy. I will post up the different locations as soon as we get them hammered down. At each of these we will be selling raffle tickets.....we have some things (Great things) that we are trying to work on for the raffle. All the names and tickets will be put together in a pot.......the last day of Tammy's chemo which happens to be her BIRTHDAY we are gonna make her draw names

That is on Dec. 15th so there is time to make one or two of the rides or events.....

Again, i hate posting things that are not 100% certain and I have OCD when it comes to being unorganized. I promise there are a LOT of people from different states that are working on this to make it a fun time and a success. I would love to say we could raise enough money so that the only thing she has to focus on is getting better.......so that is what our goal is.

If you have any items that you think you may want to add to the raffle let me know. PM me if you want to sign up for any of the rides. SO far again we are at Crosby TX, Rabbit (??) ATV park, Scottsmoore (5A) FL, Creekbottom Georgia and I am working on an Alabama ride.

Danny posted about interest in a poker run at 90. I think this would be the best thing to do at Crosby. Danny said that there is quite a bit of interest in it so far. We love Tammy and John to death so of course we are willing to do whatever they need.

okay sorry i have been off for a couple days i decided to get bit by a pigmy this weekend and was not able to get to the computer....TAMMY is doing well i had talked to her before the surgery and spoke to John after. The tumor was taken out and the lymph nodes were clear YIPEE! so that is wonderful news. I will get the info for the pay pal that has already been set up posted.....sorry for the delay.

atvgirl, I spoke with Mrs. Sue at Hickory Creek Offroad in Lumberton, MS this weekend at their mud races and they said they would hold a benefit ride for Tammy also. All they will need is the account # or email address for paypal when you get it set up. I will send them the information and they can set up the ride. For all you South MS folks, the ride will definately be on a Sunday from what I was told by them. I will post up the ride as soon as they schedule it. Lets make a good show from the Hospitality State for Tammy... Maybe we can do another Mud Race and have the benefits go to Tammy's family, we had a pretty good turnout Saturday, but with Fay coming in I think people just stayed at home.

HI EVERYONE, ITS ME, TAMMY.
I JUST WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU TO EVERYONE. I AM RECOVERING FROM SURGERY AND GETTING BETTER EVERYDAY. THE TUMOR WAS VERY AGRESSIVE AND THE DOC TOLD ME I WAS VERY LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND IT WHEN I DID. I WILL BE UNDERGOING SOME PRETTY ROUGH CHEMO. I FIND OUT TUESDAY EXACTLY HOW MUCH AND HOW LONG. MY SURGEON SAID IT WILL BE REALLY INTENSE BECAUSE THE CANCER IS REALLY AGRESSIVE. THIS HAS BEEN SUCH A SHOCK TO MY FAMILY AND I REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE ALL OF YALL HELPING US OUT. ITS NOT EASY BEING IN THIS SITUATION AND NEEDING HELP, BUT IT IS SO NICE THAT YALL HAVE JUMPED IN TO HELP US OUT. I WOULD DO THE SAME FOR ANYONE. Just wanted to give yall an update, i went to chemo doc today and he clarified alot of information for me.
I have invasive ductile carcinoma stage 3. Basically its a very fast growing tumor and very agressive. I am having bone scan, mri, cat scan and ekg on my heart. I will have all these test for the next two weeks and then I will have chemo. Chemo will be every 2 weeks, for 4 months. he said i will have chemo on tuesdays and then go back to the hospital on wednesdays to get a shot that will boost my blood cells back up. i am having generation 3 chemo, its very agressive and tough but the best chances for a positive outcome. It doesnt sound like I will be riding for months.

We are trying to decide if we should sell our bikes. I really dont want my bike just sitting up for 6 months to a year and honestly i would help on the bills. Will let yall know if we do end up selling them. Thank you for everything, and I miss riding sooooooooooooo bad already. it was our escape from the world. I told my hunny that i may go to mudstock, and just stay at camp. I can atleast hear the roar of the bikes and still sell the dirty girl calendars.

TAMMY'S HUBBY HERE AND I JUST WANTED TO SAY THANKS TO ALL OF YOU. THE FOUR WHEELING COMMUNITY IS A AWESOME GROUP OF PEOPLE AND YOU FOLKS ROCK. THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING. WE ARE GONNA TO PART OUT OUR BIKES, SO IF ANYONE HAS A NEED FOR CAT PARTS LET US KNOW. WE ARE PUTTING THEM BACK TO FACTORY SO WE CAN GIVE THEM BACK. WE HAVE ALOT OF MONEY IN EXTRAS WE CAN GET BACK FROM THEM, AND THE PAYMENTS ARE SOMETHING WE COULD SURE DO WITHOUT. WE WILL BE BUYING A SIDEBYSIDE IN THE SPRING WHEN SHE CAN START GETTING OUT AGAIN. TAMMY HAS 6 MONTHS OF CHEMO AND RADIATION . WHEN SHE DOES GET DONE WITH IT SHE WILL BE AWHILE GETTING OVER IT. WITH A SIDEBYSIDE SHE CAN START GETTING OUT AND ENJOYING LIFE SOONER. WE WENT RIDING YESTERDAY AND SHE RODE ON A RHINO QUITE ALOT AND I DROVE HER SOME BUT AS SOON AS YOU TURN AROUND SHE IS RIDING WATER WHEELIES AND HITTING THE MUD HOLES. IT WAS TRULY THE FIRST TIME SHE GOT THE CANCER OFF HER MIND AND HAD A SMILE! SHE IS HURTING LIKE HECK TODAY, BUT WHEN ASKED IF IT WAS WORTH IT SHE JUST SMILED AND SAID "OH YEAH". SHE IS GONNA MAKE IT, CAUSE SHE HAS A TRULY WONDERFUL FIGHTING SPIRIT. WE WILL BE BACK ON THE TRAILS WITH YOU ALL SOON.
