heres my modded stock bumper after I bent one of the sides I cut both off and welded some steel diamond plate on!

the axles i have now are ape axles , when i had the 12 inch i cut the stockers in half,got some 7/8 bar ,grinded them to a point ,layed them in some angle iron, and welded them. the only thing is u cant get much angle out of the stock cup design so the lift would haft to be wide.

GrizzRubi, What size pipe did you use 2" and 1 1/2"? schedule 40? I'm going to build one similiar to yours but with a metal skidplate and reese hitch built in.

  I appreciate the compliment.

Anyone that's thinking about making one, I would suggest starting at the frame.
I used the stock bumper uprights and they are just as weak as the rest of the stock bumper.
If you're gonna go to the trouble of fabbing something, make new tabs too!
