I predict it will spike soon just before Labor Day to catch the holiday travelers. Then right before the election I think it will drop lower than it is right now. I could explain further but without getting political it would be difficult.

Oil prices went up about 14 cents (If I heard that right) today.  No one is really sure what the market is goin to do, most of why the gas has started comin down, is because of the way people have curbed their driving habbits with the price so high....................or so all the political people want ya to think.  I don't think it'll ever go back down to where we liked it, I feel this is the new normal, and in 2 years we'll be beggin to have $3.99 a gallon.

I agree, I think $3.99 is going to become the new "cheap" gas soon.  I remember when it was just $2.00, granted I couldn't drive back then but I remember all the adults complaining about it being so darn expensive, now I know what they were talking about!

That's what I wonder...is gas going to keep going down?

I DID HEAR LAST NIGHT ON BUSNIESS WATCH THAT INFLATION HAS POSSIBLY REACHED ITS PEAK AND ALREADY ON DOWNFALL, THE US DOLLAR IS WEAK
THE ECONOMY IS WEEK AND DUE TO THE FACT THAT PEOPLE ARE BUYING LESS FUEL AND SPENDING LESS THAT THE MARKET WILL SOON BE ON A DOWN FALL AND ALSO OIL SPECULATORS HAVE MADE THEIR MONEY AND ARE SEMING TO MOVE ON TO OTHER THINGS SO THEIR IS A LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL HOPEFULLY WE WILL REACH IT SOON UNIVERSITY SPECULATORS ARE PREDICTING A NATIONAL AVERAGE COST OF FUEL TO BE AROUD 2.50 TO 2.25 BY 2009 SO THAT SHOULD COULD PUT US SOMEWHERE AROUND 2.20 TO 2.15 /GALLON BY 2009

I have had enough about seeing it and hearing about it.. There is nothing we can do to make are economy change.. Up to congress.. Maybe after the election something drastic will happen and the economy will do a 180*.. I know that i don't spend the money i used to and **** sure don't drive anywhere unless i have too.. Which does nothing but make the economy suffer even worse.. but we can't do it alone..
