I ride either down in fl city or off of 8st out in the glades. Thats about all that's left. It's pretty good riding though.

Nope i'm not worried about that hurricane/tropical storm coming through. I love watching storms even if i'm at work. Just fills up the pool for free and makes a little bit more work when I have to clean the yard, but thats about it.

I've just been back there to pull a few people out in my truck. Best I can remember there's just one or two little roads back there and some houses butt up to them. North of there is all lease land that I used to hunt occasionally back when it was public, but the strip of powerlines is owned by the power company and you can ride them. They run from Star Ave. through to Tydall Parkway and there's one really nasty section of tie tie with a small creek. As far as riding goes in general, there is no more public land left and the only riding there is to do on my lease is up and down dirt roads or to carry corn into my feeders. Development is taking it's toll on Bay County, especially with the useless new airport that's being built on the western border of my lease. In another few years there won't be any place to ride or hunt around here. In ten, we'll look like south Florida.
