Since you are changing the compression, and I believe the new pistons are a little lighter, with improved throttle responce, and you will need to switch to 91+ octain, that with the pipe and all the changes the factory has made, If it were me I would not want to do it without a PC3 tuned specificaly for the machine with this setup.

You should tune the bike with any mod such as intake, exhaust, pistons, cams, headwork, etc.

What kind of gain can you see on the dyno with diamond pistons? What comp. does it make it?

Not sure yet... I have not got the bike yet... Diamond G claims a 4 to 5 HP increase with the 12 to 1's

At a stock HP of 68.4... adding the HMF, PCIII and Woods Pistons...I am looking gain around 8 to 10 HP

I think you should do an experiment. See which puts on a better show. Burn them dry, then try bleach and maybe a little diesel to really get the rubber smok'n!!!
