I think the AC 400 is a awesome bike for trails and racing only bad thing is no one makes aftermarket kits it seems like but yea go for it with time and money you can make it a hoss

I used to have some 27x12 radial laws on my bike and I could cross some ungodly stuff. My 26s will to but those 27s would float beter. A new 400 shouldn't have too much problem with some 27 tires with the right driver. I couldn't cross stuff very fast but I could hurt a few guys feelings with bigger bikes just cause they couldn't drive. Now the guys that could drive with bigger bikes I didn't stand a chance. There is no replacement for displacement
