3.........if you goin to be showin off infront of the camera, make sure the cameraman is not in the path to be traveled.  Seemed like he hit the breaks, and along with the sloped banking and the forward lunge of the bike, is what cause it to roll.  If dummy camera guy hadn't been in the way, he wouldn't have hit the breaks, and wouldn't have rolled it.

Shiloh_Outlaw -> RE: Good Day Gone Wrong (7/25/2008 11:19:59 AM)

THAT'L RUIN YOUR RIG!!!!    HOW DID HE EVEN CRASH? DID HE GRAB THE BRAKE OR DID SOMETHING BRAKE?  THE BIKE WAS STILL RUNNING!!!!!

jwmullins79 -> RE: Good Day Gone Wrong (7/25/2008 11:28:03 AM)

He hit the brakes, bike lunged, and was on an angle.  Physics took over, and the bike went down.

mudfreak -> RE: Good Day Gone Wrong (7/25/2008 11:48:42 AM)

looks like it hurt, that is definatly not cat, didn't land on all fours..

Mr. Torque -> RE: Good Day Gone Wrong (7/25/2008 12:08:21 PM)

From the looks of that crash and the path that his head traveled, I have no idea how his head and face didnt get busted up.  Looked like either the front race or the speedo cluster had to have got him.

let_it_be_known -> RE: Good Day Gone Wrong (7/25/2008 2:23:52 PM)

he definitely didn't hit the brakes. (unless the foot brake) bc his hands didn't grab the levers. that soft sandy gravel and that lil dip is what got him..

Your right, I went back and watched it frame by frame, and what happened was the bash plate made contact with the ground, stopping forward momentum of the bike, rear tires lifted, and it slid on the bashplate till it was slow enough to start a side roll to the right.

gizmotexcop -> RE: Good Day Gone Wrong (7/25/2008 2:38:40 PM)

Nope what got him was the sudden stop at the bottom of the ouch sonofathatsgonnaleaveabruise....
