superz -> RE: R N H L (7/24/2008 10:13:19 PM)

you might try to adjust your linkage mine has never bound up

MuddyNutz -> RE: R N H L (7/24/2008 10:14:04 PM)

 Too answer your question I think it's not really possible to be stuck between high and low. You're either in it or not.

hillrod660 -> RE: R N H L (7/24/2008 10:15:27 PM)

and yea some times if im in low and i get stuck and got to back up i have to rock the quad all little bit to get it to go in to high the it shifts right out in neutral.. i think its cuz some times u have tenchin on the gears so u have to rock it a little bit... hope this helps

BRUTE750ii -> RE: R N H L (7/24/2008 10:16:11 PM)

****

MuddyNutz -> RE: R N H L (7/24/2008 10:16:25 PM)

Normally it will go in if you hit the gas.

MuddyNutz -> RE: R N H L (7/24/2008 10:18:36 PM)

Sorry to come down on yas man but you've started 100 threads about things that could easily be found by using the search button. You know you've been warned already!!

Bluegrass Brute -> RE: R N H L (7/24/2008 10:23:26 PM)

Sometimes I have to rock mine a bit or hit the throttle and rock it to get it in gear. BTW Muddynutz what's the deal man? Do you have anger issues? I hope you don't act like that next time you come over to go riding cause one of us will put you in your place!!!!!!

BRUTE750ii -> RE: R N H L (7/24/2008 10:34:52 PM)

thanks everyone for replying, now i no its not mi brute that only does it..that what i do to , i usually rock it back and forth until it goes into gear...maybe now mi and muddnutz can stop arguing like 5 year olds..

Bluegrass Brute -> RE: R N H L (7/24/2008 10:37:56 PM)

Bluegrass Brute -> RE: R N H L (7/24/2008 10:50:35 PM)

Maybe he's an english teacher or something. My wife corrects my grammar all the time and it get's annoying! LOL!

MuddyNutz -> RE: R N H L (7/24/2008 11:01:11 PM)

Lance you know what I do! It's not teaching for sure! Maybe I am a little out there but you should've known that already from riding with me!

adamjamk -> RE: R N H L (7/25/2008 3:03:21 AM)

Is this the Honda forum?
OK. You shift linkage might be off a little or your neutral switch lead might be loose.
How really cares if he is 15 or 42. Sounds to me like he has a good question. Lets help him out.

I Like Mud -> RE: R N H L (7/25/2008 6:03:46 AM)

I have the same problem.  I usually just wiggle the quad a lil or tap the gas and it will lock into place.

phreebsd -> RE: R N H L (7/25/2008 6:46:33 AM)

exactly same as I Like Mud; rocking and gas tapping
and mine is 08

MuddinMaynard -> RE: R N H L (7/25/2008 6:57:10 AM)

I've had the same problem before, usually never an issue on flat ground, but sometimes if the quad is off camber or in a bind some how and you have to shake it to get it to pop into gear. I think it happens to more people than they realize they just do it as second nature.

Kawa650 -> RE: R N H L (7/25/2008 7:27:03 AM)

Mine does it from time to time also, I just do like the rest of ya'll- bump the gas or shake it and bump the gas!!!

Jack -> RE: R N H L (7/25/2008 7:40:13 AM)

Mine does the same thing and it is an 08 with only 14 miles on it

you havent read any of his other posts have ya... lol

Seriously Brute750ii.... you need to start learning to use a little better grammer, granted all of us use slang or shorthand (i.e. "dunno") from time to time, but you use it every post, every other word, and its very annoying to, well everyone. And its why you come off as being 13yrs old, because what your doing is something you'd normally see from a 13yr old girl texting her BFF during lunch time.... If you want people to get off your back, then start taking our advice and using some forum etiquite. Search before you post or before asking a NEW question. %90 of the time you will find your answer, or find a related thread you can post your question in. If you dont change your posting habits, then you can expect to keep being treated this way. I'm just trying to help you out man. Respect doesnt come from the post number under your name, it comes from the quality of your posts and the information you provide in them.

4bama1 -> RE: R N H L (7/25/2008 8:22:52 AM)

When a member ask a question you don't like then don't reply to the post.
Keep post on topic so that it will be informative for all and not turn into a free for all.

Chris
