also here is a Ws6 Firebird, yes i know GM that pulls on a Corvette, Viper, but not so much on the GT

1st vid-sucky drivers, bad start/late start
2nd vid-that looked like a c6 not z06
3rd vid-lambo didn't look like he even got on it
4th vid-the WS6 is no joke from the factory much less with some upgrades..
But look how the GT ($150k) compares to a $30k WS6 hmmm... The ZR1 is going to be fast. can't wait til its out. Still at a decent price for what you get. $103k base

DO u mean which car would win a drag between the GT and the ZR1? Well theres no question the ZR1 would win. The Z06 is comparable to the GT speed wise. Motor Trend says the GT barely edges out the Z06 but the ZR1 would obliterate the GT, and still at a cheaper price tag.

FACTS ABOUT THE CORVETTE.

2. LS9 SUPERCHARGED
3. 100,000 PRICE TAG
So is 900,000 that much worth it to go about 40 mph faster? You dont compare those two together. The Corvette is more like competition with the Viper,Mustang shelby gt500, Nissan gtr skyline, Lambos and ferraris. Now the new Zr1 should surpass a few of those we will just have to find out.

Im glad to see that someone else sees it the way i do. From a price stand point. If u took all the money u saved on the vette and put it into motor, chassis, and suspension work then u could have a car that would eat that Bugatti up. As for comparing the ZR1 to all those other cars, it should totally kill all them except the GTR. On paper it is supposed to beat all them but we wont know until realworld testing.

right im not a real big chevy person but these blocks that GM are coming out with are huge myself i like fords 03' cobra to be exact

C.I.'s are huge. The blocks are pretty much the same size they have always been. Just a re-designed small block chebby motor with sleeves in it.

The ZR-1 we are getting is already sold. The dealership took sealed bids on it. They are not going to be selling for even close to sticker price this year. $48,000 over the sticker price is what ours sold for.

i love the vette but the 2001 skyline GTR vspec 2 can reach hp well over a 1000hp and insane drag times and there is a viper twin turbo on youtube also turning some impresive times also

Yeah the Skyline Is one nasty automobile. There one of the fastest cars in the world when fixed up and there not even made for draggin either but for the track. There awd to.

But then theres the Toyota Supra. It beats the Skyline in drags and the oval tracks but everything elese the Skyline owns.
