It has self leveling shocks, story is you put you load on it that squats it down, then start it and it self levels the IRS back out. Plus power steering and 12" of GC I think its a good step up from an allready solid ranger. What do you guys think?

Mrmojorisan -> RE: New Ranger XP HD (7/24/2008 3:11:21 PM)

go to the site and check out the new seats and dash... I see the regular xp looks the same minus power steering and self leveling suspension.  I wonder why they didn't change the looks of the crew.

Well they probly still have plenty of plastics and parts left over to current rangers, once that runs out they will most likely convert the crew and 6x6. same with the atv's still offering the 08 body styles.

self leveling shocks are what air or what? gotta have something to raise it up

Solitude -> RE: New Ranger XP HD (7/24/2008 6:17:59 PM)

Thats awesome. Polaris steped it up BIG time for the 09's. I love the look at the Ranger right there. To expensive tho for me, but some really really cool features.

I have to admit, that does look pretty sweet. The only downside to the Rangers is that you have to put  "Wide Load" signs on both ends before hitting the trails.[:D] I like my buddy's Ranger, as far as power, and ride, but it seems like it's 1 1/2 times as wide as my Rhino.

Yeah tight trail riders should probly opt for the RZR instead, then your rhino would seem twice as wide[;)]

HA HA, your right. I haven't had a chance to ride with a RZR, yet.
