Well I got a ticket for possession of beer in a dry county!!! ($184) Well the good thing talked to the Game warden about the New creek law. You can cross from one side to the other if you have permssion to be on that land but you can't drive down the creek. Matt

There was 8 game Wardens came at top speed with there lights off At 01:00 AM. I think there was every Game Warden in MS On there River. The only reason they got us is because we drove up to the bridge they was on the othere side of the river and came over to see what we was doing. It SUX.

i had to make a brace for my winch from when i went with you i had it bent in a u shape got it back staight and welded a bracket on she good to go now go superwinch go 5 yrs old and still pullin[:'(]

lol, remind me if I ever go to MS, wait I've been their a twice. Come down to Fl rincon, that way you can get 3x the tickets and pay it for the same price.

I don't know how it works there exactly, but when we went to Red Creek in MS they had road blocks stopping every single person and were checking your coolers and what not for alcohol. Heard there were a few people who did get tickets for just having the alcohol, which I don't understand! I live in a dry county but they certainly don't set up road blocks by Mud Creek checking for alcohol and you don't get a ticket for just having it... now an open container, that's a different story of course...

I don't know about Mississippi, but here in Arkasnas they won't hit ya with a possession in a dry county, they'll hit ya with open container and public intox. Trust me I know, after about $600 and get my truck out of impound, that half of a beer was a costly one. Wasn't even on the road, in the woods. Just lucky it was a small town where some family knew the sheriff, got it off my record, but still had to pay. They don't play around when it comes to REVENUE!! [:D]

Nevermind I heard which river..If the game warden gave you the ticket then you should be able to get out of it since they cannot write a ticket for that in a dry county.They have to call a Deputy to write the ticket...
