i was pretty disappointed with this place...the post card said $40 for all weekend ridin and camping. When we got there it was $65 to get in for one person and one 4-wheeler. Threw a small fit to the owner but didn't get anything accomplished. Then they tried to get me to pay $3 for a COLD shower...didn't happen! Took my lil happy butt right on over to the pond and took one of them ol fashioned baths. Never did see any of the smaller bars alond the trail open but Rooster's was pretty fun. Had a good time but was pretty disappointed...dont think ill be back!

I don't know about that. I prepaid and am now glad I did. If they do it again, I'll be there! I'll bet they don't though, I don't think they expected it to get as tore up as much as it did. A lot of the holes were just getting right and they'd flag em off, ****?!???

If you had bought your tix in advance the price would have been $30 just for day riding. After they decided to run the event 24 hours, all weekend day and night, thats when gate tix purchase increased. BUT prepaid got the advatage of cheaper prices for all weekend. Almost every event of any kind gate prices are always higher, that should be expected. The mud pit bar was there as was the bar at the "beach." I thought the event was great overall. Especially for those who just wanted to ride and camp.

I heard lots of comments from guys saying they enjoyed this ride more than Mud Nats. I havent been to Mud Nats so I had to take there word for it. I had a blast!

they actually said if u prepay, night ridin is included. i think it was in a news letter they sent out if u got on the email list or something. and he even posted it on this post i beleive.

I know for a fact that the bar by the mud pit was open and the bar at the "beach" was open. I know what you mean about closing off the holes. We hit that one by the road late friday night and almost lost a rancher in it. You could still get back to it but that entrance was just closed. I think that the whole thing was managed well and thanks to Gustov the ride was great.

We slept in the cab of a 1 ton

. We had a place to stay but had too many adult beverages to drive to it. The police were too bad outside the gate to risk hurting ourselves or someone else. The Big Nutz crew has a video on Out On The Trail. I haven't checked it out yet bc I can't get on at work.

We had a great time If this becomes more of a regular ride I recommend getting more water avalible to the riders to shower and wash off bikes at no charge and more RV water and power hook ups The Bar was cool the staff were great and the riding was good need to build a pit and have a event there Thanks to roosters for letting us ride there and hope you open back up to mudders soon only next time Throwed comes we want to be RACING! Thanks Team Trowed Off Road

Hope ya'll like the video, we could not get much footage because it was so nasty out there and did not want to mess the camera up. There was no way that you could go there and come home with a clean bike unless it stayed on the trailer. Just the way we like it.

You gotta pay to play!! 4wheelin is expensive any where you go. The whole set up including the staff were great. My crew and I will definately be back.

You bet wrong!!! Doing it again in a month for the Bayou Bash!! Then a HUGE event in the spring! Our goal, and what we have been told could easily be accomplished is be on the Level of Mud Nats!

Was not able to go this time.I have never heard of a ride that charged extra for riding at night.Always one price to get in and ride as long as you want.I understand some could see getting in for less if they weren't riding at night but 65.00 did seem a bit to expensive...Yes,yes you gotta pay to play but that 65.00 does sound a bit to high even with
night riding.

Glad all had fun though and hope it continues to be a good place to ride.

I'm all up for that! I've always wanted to go to mud nats but its too far away for me. I'm gonna try my best to be there for bayou bash!! And I'll bring some more people, it was just me and my wife this time, and we had a blast!!!!!
