I will need to have enough tunes to justify the trip and a place to tune them

Would you want us to come to the store?

Also was wondering if you found out about those springs.  Will they work with the 400?

Thanks

greenhead -> RE: Tuning at Gander Mt in Houston (7/22/2008 10:50:09 PM)

just be curious where it will be running with the carb and stock. be tough to adjust but could see where it was in the range.

350Razorback -> RE: Tuning at Gander Mt in Houston (7/23/2008 1:51:42 AM)

I know a couple more if you come to little rock!!

HELLRZR -> RE: Tuning at Gander Mt in Houston (7/23/2008 7:39:21 AM)

I heard Eric is throwing in FREE HMF's and PC III's with the purchase of a tune!  Count me in Eric! [:D]

Haha.  If I had an HMF and PC III before, I would totally be there.  But I don't!  And won't for a while.  But I may come up and check everything out.  It's a long 5 minute drive from my house.

greenhead -> RE: Tuning at Gander Mt in Houston (7/23/2008 7:55:39 AM)

not but nice try. lol

there will be pc3 there and hmf's so we could set you up. mostly a question and answer for the public. there will be a lot of canam knowledge there. so come on out and hang out ride the demos and check out the tuning. should be a very good time.

C1iffBurton -> RE: Tuning at Gander Mt in Houston (7/23/2008 8:21:56 AM)

YALL DISGUST ME WITH ALL YALLS KNOWLEDGE AND SPENSIVE TOYS...one day my friend i will be able to afford a can am

greenhead -> RE: Tuning at Gander Mt in Houston (7/23/2008 10:15:11 AM)

gotta be tough ridin with the rest of the canam boys over there.

C1iffBurton -> RE: Tuning at Gander Mt in Houston (7/23/2008 11:13:58 AM)

yea specially when the lil 400 gets to pull them out, they just love that, first ride i went on a canam got stuck in some dried up ruts when the pack stopped infront of us and when they took off again they all left us and the lil bear was forced to pull him out, then i got to pull 1 out at marengo ride, i thought when i yanked so hard on him that my frame was gonna stop and all the other parts would keep moving but it muscled it out just fine once it broke the suction

my next bike eric is going to be a canam, ill let u know in a couple years when i can convince the girlfriend to let me get one of them

JohnCannon -> RE: Tuning at Gander Mt in Houston (7/23/2008 1:41:56 PM)

There is a small adjustment that can be made to the 400s but the gains from a stock 400 with no snorkel or exhaust is going to be small. I will have some jets with me but Im not sure if I will be able to tune a bunch of them. Does DynoJet offer a jet kit for the 400s?

JohnCannon -> RE: Tuning at Gander Mt in Houston (7/23/2008 1:43:49 PM)

Also anyone that buys an 800 on the days I am there and also buys an HMF and Power Commander will get a free tuned map. I have a very nice map for a stock 800 with an HMF.

DynoJet does offer a jet kit for the 400s. I got one.

greenthing -> RE: Tuning at Gander Mt in Houston (7/23/2008 2:46:08 PM)

John, do you have a map for Renny 500 with hmf & snorkels?  Would like to buy an hmf but want to make sure I can get it tuned when I do.

JohnCannon -> RE: Tuning at Gander Mt in Houston (7/23/2008 4:00:28 PM)

Thanks Barry.

If you are going to bring me a 400 to tune please be sure to have a DynoJet jet kit already in hand. I will need this kit to tune your ATV.
