Who all is planning on making it out to the music festival at mud creek Sept. 11th-13th??? I'm still trying to figure out who the bands are going to be..

Me Me Me Me! I know Eli Young Band is going to be there...that's all I know for sure. You know it's like $45 for the weekend? It's going to be crazy expensive!

Wow, unless they get some major rain, it is going to be dry. I was out there Friday and rode from one end of the park to the other and did not even have to change clothes to drive home. It is the driest I have seen it in a while. The good news is that they have bull dozed the sand pit, made it larger, and it is all one depth again so it does not have the "surprises" like at Mud Nats.

Sooo you're saying there's actually water in the sand pit now? Last time we went out there, about 4 weeks ago, it was just a few puddles of water! I was hoping they'd eventually get out there and even it all back out. No, no water, just a large, flat open pit. I should have said it will be all one depth once they fill it with water. I am assuming that when they are done refinishing it, they will pump water out of the creek into it like they have done in the past.

Ah okay, gotcha. Well I am definately ready for this dry summer to come to an end...total difference than last summer when you needed a boat to get down the highline.

Everyone pray for rain! Maybe this tropical storm down in the gulf will put some water on the dust out at mud creek! It has been terrible out there for the last month or so... Did manage to find some mud 4th of July weekend :) but thats probably all gone now

Im with you duramax...where do we find out all of the details about this event? The link on mud creek is not working and someone had to find some info from somewhere. Thanks!

They don't have any of the info up yet for it. One of my friends works for the Chamber of Commerce that's the only reason I have any information on it. I'd think they would be putting some information up on it soon though on the website...

I'll try to look into it..my unlce is pretty tight with Fletch. OH and rain is expected today 1-3" !!

Here is a list of who will be there: Eli Young, Derek Sholl, No Justice, Rich O’Toole, Bart Crow, Lauren Alexander. I know Eli Young and Derek Sholl rock so I will defiantely be there.

I don't know, this is the first time they've done something like this. I'm hoping there are quite a few who go. Should be a fun time though! They're opening the park up on Thursday so...come on! :)

if I can get my friggin' wheeler fixed (been over amonth now) I will be there for sure..didn't J'ville get over 3" of rain Amanda? J'ville has got a LOT of rain...and it's POURING right now! Me, Matt & Kevin went out on Saturday and it is WET at Mud Creek...right now water coming over the highline in places and the other side of the bridge is prolly a few ft under water. Hopefully it'll stay wet. Rained all last night & looking that way today!
