check all your tie rod ends just to make sure there not defects that could be causing the toe problems and as for the camber the 2 inch that it appears your running could cause that

I really like the look of these. I see that you changed from ABS to PVC at the airbox, what parts did you use to go through the airbox to the short 90's?

to my knowledge the only time he has rode it was at timberlanes about a month ago and we didnt really get to test it because somebody left the drain plug out of the cvt cover. . .or it didnt have one put in there from the factory.So the first deep hole that he went in his cvt filled up with sandy/muddy water and messed his belt up.It hasnt been rode since.hes waiting to get the belt put on and gota take it back to catvos i believe.

No not another problem he just hasnt gotten it back to them yet.been to busy so its just been sitting in his garage collecting dust lol.And theres no doubt in my mind that they will work fine.

i bout got mine done...mines an 07 and im jus runnin my engine intakes into the pod,and jus gettin 2 hoses into my pod was kind of a P.I.T.A....but i bout got it,its lookin sweet. jus gotta get the jetting right now.

withsome male 1.5 inch connectors thru the holes in the airbox and just put silicone on the 90s and push them together. .presto

actually the stuff you fix roof leaks with works much better than silicone...silicone makes it too flimsy and i dont trust it..the roof stuff dries fast and hard and solid as anything i have ever used.

ive never had issues with silicone,EVER. and if you use stuff that you cant get apart you will have to go thru alot of trouble if you ever have to do jetting or motorwork because you will have to cut all the connections apart instead of just pulling real hard on them and them coming apart.

DUDE. jus cuz you posted this "ninja snork" thread doesnt mean there aren't any improvements to way its done,come on dont be silly. in fact,i jus took it apart to jet it,and guess what,i didnt have to take any of the glued parts off,if you jus think about it a sec,you will realize that you can jus "snip" your lil zip ties that hold the intake hoses under the pod,and PRESTO!,you can jus set the airbox with the hoses ATTACHED to the side and do your jetting thing...and that saves you having to RESILICONE everything back when you have to jet it. and i dont know if you guys jus ride water and smooth roads or what,but we ride fast rough trails too besides our mud and water,and when i am getting the c r a p jarred out of me it doesnt make feel too confident in the silicone holding the hoses in. it may not have given you probs but i bet you it will if you ride anything like its supposed to be ridden. i dont know bout the rest of the guys on here but id rather go thru the trouble of snipping a few zip ties than "pulling real hard and it coming out" just for peice of mind when i just rode a rough trail to my fave mudhole.....

I previously owned a grizzly, with 29.5s on it. . .everybody would always ask "what size tires are those" so id tell them ALMOST 30S.now i have a brute with 31s on it. ..so when they ask now,i tell them the same thing because technically they are "almost 30s" just alittle bigger

Guys your toe in problem is called "bump steer" the steering geometry is the problem. The only way to fix it is to drop the steering shaft where the tie rods mount as much as you lifted the bike to make the geometry the same as factory specs.

LOL its supposedly MY INJINUITY. .i mean it may had been done before but i had never seen it on a brute. ..i think the triangle atv guys have done some steath into there speaker boxes on the front rack or something but not 100% sure.they would be able to help you out since there the popo masters
