I love them. But I have to say that. LOL

Honestly, I would run nothing else in the pit!!!

There are several advantages.

Skinnier tire = less mass to push through the mud.

Less air mass to prevent floatation.

Heavier than standard rims, also prevents floatation.

Hey what was it that was being said when Cale and Drew ran at the mud drags at the Can-am nationals I think it was something like "That GREEN is a fast color!!!"

Tried them out for the first time, can't say that I care for them at all on an open class bike.  Just didn't seem to "hook" up as good as a regular tire/wheel combo.  JMO

I agree to some extent. The big open class bikes are nearly all raked back and have a harder time getting the front end up out of the water. They need the floatation up front where as a stock legnth/height bike does not.
I absolutely love them on my Prairie!

I like them alot. We had a race this weekend at Timberlanes in Wesson Mississippi. The pit was a deep pit. The CrushLoK did very well in the pit. I was also riding around on the trails with them Friday and didnt have a problem at all.

At the last C M R race I finished first in class 3 on a can-am 800 with crushlocks, and Blake Mann finished 2nd on a sportsman 800 on crushlocks. Those popos can roll in the right hands.

they are mainly for pit racing, but they could be used for in the mud, but i think they would dig too much, you'd prolly be better off w/o them
