Status: offline 		As much faith as you had in the dealer, go back and read my original post on this topic. When it comes right down to it I knew they wouldn't cover it. We are nothing but a number to a business and if that number is a negative, if they can get out of paying you they will.

    Status: offline     		Check's in the mail from my insurance company. We settled on a fair price. About $1700.00 less than I had in the (2 1/2 yr. old) bike. I'm satisfied with that.

They will be getting ALL of my business from now on. BTW, I'm firing State Farm today. I'm saving over $1000.00 a yr. with another company.

    Not going after the dealership, it's a long story & I had good reasons to go after my (ex) insurance company. The main thing is, I have a new Brute, a new insurance company & now I have a new project! It's all good.
