Yea when we came into work tuesday morning we were piss  ed off...  They cut the fence and took it.  I think the cops have a place there scoping out.  Hopefully it will be there and along with alot more that has been stolen from the area recently..  You need to get this 08 we got left before it is sold..

Tankrunner if you here anything, let me know. I have posted this on several other forums. Lots of good folks are looking out for it. BTY, Y'all do good work. That Orange Brute with the trick paint job that you worked on earlier this year belongs to my son. Here's a pic of my son's Brute.

Talked to a very nice lady at the dealership & she told me that the police have a thug in custody. Kant know if he took mine, but who cares, he's a thief.

Well it's been about 2 weeks, no luck. My Brute is probly either parted out or in the bottom of a lake somewhere. But I still have my fingers crossed!

As much faith as you had in the dealer, go back and read my original post on this topic. When it comes right down to it I knew they wouldn't cover it. We are nothing but a number to a business and if that number is a negative, if they can get out of paying you they will.

Check's in the mail from my insurance company. We settled on a fair price. About $1700.00 less than I had in the (2 1/2 yr. old) bike. I'm satisfied with that.

So you had to use your own insurance to get this covered?  Congrats on the new bike though. If the dealer didn't help out on anything....I wouldn't send them ANY business.

I bought my Brute from a local dealer that I have never done business with. They have been around for over 30 yrs. & are well respected here in the Memphis area. They will be getting ALL of my business from now on. BTW, I'm firing State Farm today. I'm saving over $1000.00 a yr. with another company.

Not going after the dealership, it's a long story & I had good reasons to go after my (ex) insurance company. The main thing is, I have a new Brute, a new insurance company & now I have a new project! It's all good.
