Black_Grizzilla, How is 5a in august is it wet. Can i camp out there with my toyhauler maybe we can get e ride together for 5a for august 8,9,and 10th.

its dry! unless we get some kinda tropical storm. i wouldnt recomend camping out there with a toyhauler. but there is a nice KOA campground one exit south. like 5 mins drive or so. i only live 10 mins from there, so i keep an eye on the riding. gonna go sat afternoon and see how the new mods work.

If they changed some of the rule's and made it an Adult Only
ride at your own risk event they might have a shot at it!!
Just a weee bit more control wouldnt hurt either. We have
way too much fun there not to have it

If they make it an ATV only ride I think they have a better chance to
pull it off with the INS company.Nothing wrong with the trucks I
love to watch um run!!!Had one myself but mixing the 2 mudders
togather imo is not good.If you were an INS agent and watched this
you would have think twice about it.

Ok, if mudfest remains canceled, ATVS GONE WILD is preparing to host a new event at the Plant Bamboo property on the same weekend.  We are currently moving earth at the site to have a mud bog pit and a utility ATV "Quadcross" course (mudpits, log and rock/tire obstacles, etc.) for competition (500cc and under class as well as an "Open" class).  Prize money as well as other goodies will be handed out to winners in each class.  The site will have showers, misters, bathroom stalls, and plenty of room for overnight camping.  We are planning to use our own personal "experience" based on our attendance at other local events to improve organization and safety (i.e. receiving a map of the site upon entry along with a competition schedule, separate Truck and ATV riding areas, etc.).

If Mudfest is reopened (we hope it does and we will be in attendance if it does) then we will push back the event a few weeks.  In either case, this place is going to be a fun new place to ride like no other in our area!

More info. to come based on Mudfest status......

Trust me, you all won't be disappointed.  The property has several natural mud holes and we have spent quite some time there designing some additonal obstacles and pits.

Here are the directions per their site:

We are located on Highway 714, just 3/4 miles west of the railroad tracks.  Look for the four bamboo poles with flags on the north side of the road.  There is also a large red mailbox with the address 27695 SW Martin Highway on the side, and you can see the barn from the road.
If you are driving in from the east, we are located 14 miles west of I-95.
If you are driving in from the west, we are located 2.4 miles east of the intersection of Highway 714 and Highway 710.

If you go to YouTube and search for Underhill Ranch or ATVS GONE WILD, you will see footage shot there.

$100.00 a person for the weekend WOW!! Where did you see that at, i looked at the site bb07 put up, but didn't see anything about price. Insurance must be really expensive.

ya i didnt see it either on the mudfest page but i clicked on their myspace page and they have it on there.  $30/day $100/weekend and some reduced prices for kids. IMO It is pretty steep but i think its to weed out the population.

The link I posted has a link to their myspace page, that has the prices up. Those prices are crazy, but this place is almost in my back yard so 40 for the day wont kill me.
