They added some in the newer manuals, like code 25 which still seems to happen on the older twins, so here are the most recent codes that i know of:

atvtc -> RE: Polaris Codes (7/18/2008 8:30:31 PM)
I have an'07 800..was just running and died like the kill switch was hit...Thought ran out of gas...refueled and followed procedure..still won't start. Got code 25...do not know how it relates but re set shifter and all but still will not start. Got fire at the plugs. I do not hear fuel pump when you turn on ignition....seems to not be getting gas....any ideas???????
Here are the blink codes for the single cylinder EFI's. The single cylinder EFI uses a Visteon system instead of Bosch.
21 Loss of Synchronization 22 TPS Low 22 TPS High 25 Transmission Input Invalid Gear 26 Vehicle Speed Sensor Implausible 31 System Voltage Low 31 System Voltage High 41 Air Temp Sensor (IAT) Low Voltage 41 Air Temp Sensor (IAT) High Voltage 42 Engine Temperature Sensor Circuit Low Voltage 42 Engine Temperature Sensor Circuit High Voltage 44 Crank Position Sensor (CPS) Circuit Fault 45 Barometric Pressure Sensor (MAP) Low Input 46 Barometric Pressure Sensor (MAP) High Input 47 IAC Open Load 47 IAC Short to Ground 51 Injector Open Load/Short to Ground 51 Injector Short to Battery 55 Diagnostic Lamp Open Load 55 Diagnostic Lamp Short to Ground 55 Diagnostic Lamp Short to Battery 56 Fuel Pump Open Load/Short to Ground 56 Fuel Pump Short to Battery 61 End Sequence
there is no blink code for the cooling fan on the singles with efi. I thought that it would be easier for people to look at single efi codes seperate from the twins cause the twins have some codes that the single don't have. I took that list straight from the service manuel.
yeah the service manual doesn't always include all the codes, thats weird that there isn't a code for the cooling fan on the 500 EFI, i know it has a sensor, so can't understand why they wouldn't report a code
