Note: my rad cover was cat green, but painted it black for this project

Status: offline 		I think you have to laminate it so it's thicker, You could also use some tape to tape it to the radiator and touch up in spots where the tape was when you remove the stencil. That is what I did when I did my lettering on the radiator.

Status: offline 		THINKS SCOTT I ENDED UP PUTTING A WASHABLE GLUE STICK TO THE BACK SIDE OF MY STENCLE AND STICKING THAT BABY UP THERE AND SPRAYED IT THEN PULLED IT OFF ,LET THE PAINT DRY AND NOW I HAVE A KITTY WITH A ATTITUDE!

Status: offline 		i laminated mine also and it worked well.  i used 3 colors on mine so i had multiple stencils cut out.  it was time consuming but the outcome was worth it.
