Outlaw 550 -> Mud Chic (2/27/2008 1:43:57 PM)

Hey guys and gals.  I have a querstun.  Now that mud racing has grown considerably over the last few years, who thinks it is time for the Mud Chic class to get a new name?  I have heard several lady riders talk about this (on this forum as well) and agree with them.  I think they are right and we need a new, more professional sounding name for this class.  IE, not Powder Puff, etc.  Ladies chime in if you agree and toss out some suggestions.  We have tried to come up with some names around here to propose, but none really light my fire.  Please speak up and don't be shy!!!!!

Muddy Girls Matchup

ummmm. thats all i got right now......

An acronym would be cool, but very hard to do.

example (G.R.I.T.S)   Something like that, but atv related.

SouthBossierGrizz -> RE: Mud Chic (2/27/2008 3:04:43 PM)

That's a tough one, Mud Chic just works......

HotMuddinMomma -> RE: Mud Chic (2/27/2008 3:08:47 PM)

hey scott, this is jenni..jason's wife..how about..

these aren't really professional, but just a start...

boggy bottom babes (you could kind of acronym it to something like BeBe class)

or just boggy babes or bog babes..dont know if there are women out there who would disagree with "babe" though, so that may not work..

let me think on some more "professional" titles and i'll get back to ya!

HotMuddinMomma -> RE: Mud Chic (2/27/2008 4:49:15 PM)

wadin' women?..maybe a bit dumb sounding...but there aren't many professional names out there for us girls! [;)]

ATVgirl -> RE: Mud Chic (2/27/2008 8:36:05 PM)

Mud chic works for me as well.....but i gotta hand it to slick....very funny!

the only thing i would like to see is the classes broke down more....i am SOOO happy they are broke into two groups but if we can get more of us to run it would be more even by bike sizes......IMO

I WILL PERSONALLY BE TRYING TO RECRUIT EVERY WOMAN I SEE TO RACE AT NATS......[:D]  it really is so much fun

CRSBear400 -> RE: Mud Chic (2/27/2008 11:40:20 PM)

The Supertrapp (or whomever sponsor's the event) Women's Division Mud Bog sounds both professional and equal to that of the Men's. Angela says she is fine with Mud Chic, though. She likes it better than "Mud Momma Shootout!" [:D]

mud_duck -> RE: Mud Chic (2/28/2008 1:18:40 AM)

Yep.

MUDTECHinc -> RE: Mud Chic (2/28/2008 9:44:14 AM)

Now all you have to do is get Web cams to sponsor the women extreme bog series and it could be called the web^2 series. Web cam spnsored web series. maybe too confusing for some.

Mudbum -> RE: Mud Chic (2/28/2008 10:20:58 AM)

[sm=funnypost.gif] I have to agree, thats hilarious!!!

HotMuddinMomma -> RE: Mud Chic (2/28/2008 2:07:46 PM)

i like the W.E.B.S, but I think i would just say W.E.B. Series instead of adding the "s" to the acronym..

i also like H-L.E.G.S., maybe you could just do L.E.G.S ...as i stated in a previous post, its kinda hard to come up with something professional....what about. The MudFlap Society? I know there is a "mudflap" girls group out there somewhere..i dont know..kind of hard thinking of professional, yet creative stuff!
