What makes you an Amateur, and what makes you a Pro?
I don't have an answer for that since there isn't a pro circuit for mud bogging. I guess, amateur was used for lack of a better word. My view, & like _ _ _  _ _ _ _ _  everyboby has one, of a pro is someone who races in the mud for fun and wouldn't come unless there was money involved. We have had a good number of people who like to compete with less money invested in their machines, who won't enter when they don't stand a chance to win. They are just wanting to have a good time and some braggging rights. We will still allow up to a 2" lift & mud tires on basically a stock machine in this contest.
The DBM has not changed.
The mud & water will be 1 ft shallower in this Oct contest than in the DBM contest.
We need both "pro & amateur" riders to make our park a sucess. Thanks to all who attend. You are all the greatest friends to have. Let's get dirty!

Love it! and love your explanation of pro vs amateur.  I know that Rafy and I are really looking forward to this event and even changed our plans so we could be there.  We're really looking forward to it and he may even convince me to have a go at it. See you in a couple of weeks.

You are right Marty, I use to be the same way. When I finally got out there, I was hooked, and it is a blast!!! The main problem is with this one guy, with a 400 that has my number...Every one should get out there and race just one time, and I know that they will be hooked too!

I applaud RC for this one, and I think that more people would compete if you could make a true stock class or two for everyone to run in...
