I've had my 26x10x12 and 126x12x12 witches on my 450 Foreman for the last few weeks. So far I love em! As far as high speed handling, about 40mph they start to shake the bars a little, but not too much, and I rarely ride that fast anyways. This is with 5psi all around. They clean out fairly well and also pull great in reverse. But, this is coming from a guy who just upgraded from stock tires, so take it for what its worth!

i got 2 of my witches in 26x10x12 and i got the others on order thre was a misunderstanding between the one i ordered from and the warehouse that ships it but anyways he gave me a free upgrade from 26x10 to 26x12 which is good i was looking at my 26x10 and i was like man i shouldve got the wide for the rear but i got them at no charge sweeeeeeeet. so in a sense it was good they didnt get the order right. but when i get them mounted i am going to give a ride report and some pix of course.

When I got them home, I measured with a 4' level and got 27.1/4 height on a level floor for the rears, on the fronts I got 27.5/8" . I measured ground clearance at 10 9/16 with the stock tires (act carlisle's). with the Witches and 1 1/2" pipe lift I mesured 13 1/8 in the front,  12 / 31/32 in the midlle of the frame, and 12 29/32 at the farthest point in the rear. the pipe lift helped alot and my wheller cannot be stopped in the snow. I purposely tried to get it stuck in 4 feet of sugary sonw and it kep on crawlin. I would reccomend witches to anyone with winter conditions. I will provide a picture/write up with comparisons on stock VS after for those that are looking for tires.

OOPS.......... fORGOT TO MENTION THAT WITH 5 p.s.i I got and even 28/32 on the rears and 28/64 on the fronts. I did this with a laser level and it is massive accurate.

No this was the tire height loaded with 5 PSI ued with a level and a laser to a concrete floor. with a full tank of fuel if that matters.

From what I have read, they are 1" lugs, or 33/32" lugs. I know that's not a real measurement, but gives you an idea of what they should be.

as far as trails go they are great with turning and cornering. but thats from two very short and very limited rides (had the kids on the bike with me) no mud ride yet. it quit raining when i go tmy tires. it drizzled a lil bit but just enough to kill the dust. i am going to try to give it a test this weekend they are calling for rain friday, again. they been calling for rain but all we get is drizzling. anyways i am going to measure the true heightg of them as soon as i get my air compressor back from a friend to air the tires up properly.

I have a question too, after reading this I'm thinking one of these tires would be better then 589's too.

Now, how is the ride quality efected compared to stock PXT radials, and

2nd how much power loss will be noticed with my 800 if I went with 27*9*12 and 27*12*12 on my Polaris stock rims, as they are a aftermarket type and don't see a reason to waste money on rims too. How much heavier would the be compared to a Polaris PXT radial?

Anyone else have  pics of their polaris with them.

Thanks

Thanks

i got home and measured them aired them up.
i had one rear with 0psi (never aired it up yet)and it measures 25 1/8 with a 650lb cat on it
the following pressures are with 9psi
front i got a  notch more then 26 1/8
the rear i got 26" and one notch on the tape measure.

these are measured using a 24" level and a tape measure with the help of my wife.
seems to run true. imo.

Sorry for the late reply everyone. We lost our riding area for 2 months due to the farmer weening calves.

Got a chance to get in some good mud today, wet and dry trails etc...

We both have alot of miles on these tires now and we both agree with the outcome to this point and that is:

We can't tell any difference between the 2 in any condition. This is even in the areas we expected to be able to tell differences. We can't tell any differences in turning ability( i expected the MST's to turn easier) nor can we tell any difference in mudding ability. We got in some good stickly mud today with almost no water and deep enough to drag skid plates all the time(we both have 15" ground clearance, the tires became filled with mud quickly. Either seem to clean out any better than the other.

So thus far they are dead even.
