It can be waited on. Its decently high for stock but its very easy to do.

Looks good Solitude, way different than mine. Is that vaccum hose with tape wrapped around it? If so, how does it hold up? Looks like it would do pretty good.

It Vaccum hose does great. I love it, if its done right. Very strong. I had my tire rubbing against it for a while and it didnt even go threw the tape.

4man, from start to finish it might take you about 3-4 hours with all the right supplies. This snorkle job costed me $70 bucks. I removed the gas take to zip tie the hose up so it wouldnt hit the rear driveline.

Yea its very easy once you get it torn down. I seriously whiped up the PVC part in like 10 Min total including glueing. Also I recommend that you cut the wholes in your plastics first and then work your way there. I got all my black ABS from Lowes right down the way from the PVC. I clear Lowes out around here.

heres how i snorkeled my belt exhaust, i tryed to match what the stock snorkel looked like, i reduced it down to 3/4'' pvc at the end to be able to fit it into the storage box, so far it has worked great.  i practice fit it first ant marked each piece so that i could take it out and lue it and slide it back in without much difficulty, on the inside of the air box i did not glue the pvc in the 90 (it has never come apart on me) just incase i had to take the snorkel out to work on the bike and so i didnt have to remake that whole piece. this was really easy to do.

I wouldn't suggest doing it this way, i would think the belt would overheat, or at least the way i ride mine it would. (IMO)

Yea thats a big risk. Cause that 2.5" Inches cut down to 3/4". But then again I did block off my belt exhuast for about a half a year and I didnt have any troubles.

you were probly doin a bit of riding in water and mud that helped keep it cool enough, i can see riding trails allday and not getting a drop of water on it in the summertime giving problems , but hopefully that wont happen with my setup.

FreeStyle here you go man, sorry it took me so long. I found this peice of plastic in the shop. I have a bunch of red bins and its just the divider peice. It covers the whole perfect. Screwed it on with some rubber washers and then apoxied it on. Works great.

Yes its does have a crease all around. I just put the drill center to the crease and drilled the whole, then filed away the crease untill it was flat. Yes its coming at the top right on my airbox.. I should have taken some pics of it when I had it all off. I may go pull the front plastics off my wheeler real fast to get some pics for yall. I need to change the coolant anyways haha.

The intake air temperature sensor I think you mean? Yes add a small amount of silicone around it.
