When I get my wheeler back, I think Im going to re-snorkle everything with all PVC except for the belt exhuast up untill it gets to the front then to the PVC. Im also on the lookout for another front Red peice of plastic so I may get that and re-route the snorkles to the middle. Just thought I would share that with yall.

This is the intake for the CVT, by far easier than the exhaust.

I used the factory boot out of the CVT then put a 2 1/2" bushing in it, very good fit, no silicone, just a hose clamp.

I reduced thr line to 1 1/2" pvc and used two 90's to make the "U" turn around the back to get on the other side of the machine. ( i did that to get away from the engine exhaust)

There is just enough room between the engine and frame to fit some 1 1/2" flexable tubing.

here it is going up and out the plastic, BTW, you can take a hand torch and heat PVC up and bent it where you need it then throw cold water on it and it will stay that shape, thats what i had to do to straighten the top of the snorkels up.

One is for the belt intake, one for the belt exhaust and the other is for the engine air intake. Is this what you are asking?

Why does full mod. king quad have his belt exhaust snorkle lower than the rest, is it ok that way unless it stalls?

Hes doesnt. He only has the Tranny snorkled. No Air Box. The belt exhuast doesnt have any pressure to keep water out if if goes under. Got to snorkle it if you plan on riding in any water.

he only has his belt intake and belt exhaust snorkled.  Most will only bring them up about even with the pod.  The only thing about the rear like full mod, is if your backing up, you could puncture it alot easier that way, instead of going thru the frame, right under the rear drive shaft.  but its really up to the individual how u snorkle them.

Thanks Solitude and kq700rider, ya'll pretty much summed it up, both sides (intake and exhaust) are the same height, i chose not to snorkel my airbox because of tuning issues, i plan to do so in the near future.

Parts list:

10' of pvc pipe
5' pvc spa hose (1 1/2" spa hose will glue directly into a 1 1/2" fitting)
5- 1 1/2" 45* bends
5- 1 1/2" 90* bends
2- 2 1/2" x 2" bushings (the 2 1/2" side will fit the factory CVT boot perfectly)
2- 2" x 1 1/2" bushings (glue these inside the 2 1/2" x 2" bushings to get to 1 1/2")
Dont forget: you can take a hand torch and heat the PVC up so it will be bendable for any small bends you might need to do.
