If any body riding a brute that likes to do wheelies and has bent a tie rod because of it.....here is a cheap solution..... 1) I bought a piece of 1/2 black steel pipe from the local hardware store and 4 7/16" or 1/2" flat washers. 2) take off the tie rod at the tire and unscrew it from the ball joint on the steering arm. 3)measure the distance in between the nuts on the tie rod and cut pipe to fit. 4) take off nut, install flat washer on tie rod, then pipe, then washer, nut and tie rod. 5) Repeat on other side and you have a super duty tie rod for around $10 and about an hour of your time.
