700EFI Air Intake with no Airbox...

Notice the Wye had to be cut, it started as FFF, and ended as MMM. This also shows how the AIT sensor and crankcase vent are rerouted into the snorkel.

How the snorkels run from a seat on the quad.  They will actually be a good bit shorter than this when bolted in.

Prettymuch how they are actually going to sit.

Relocated Air Intake Temp sensor.  This was a sensor mounted in the airbox.  It requires a 3/4" hole in the PVC.

This picture shows two things.  First, notice the two ubolts on the frame.  These are 1" Ubolts that I modified to hold/ground the ignition coil(that was grounded to the airbox).  I simply cut the excess off with a hacksaw.  Second, it shows the crankcase vent rerouted into the snorkel.  The reason for keeping it routed into the design instead of run up separately is to help seat the rings.

I'll add more to this post as I finish rebuilding the snorkel.  Thanks

the late 07 650 h1's have the oil cooler mounted away from the rad makin it impossible to snork your snorkles through there. dont know why they did that. My 07 and my buddies are in diff places his set back and mine was sandwiched.

Here are some helpful pics on how to snorkle a prowler.
We use 2"

Notching bed is optional

Sorry for the dirtyness. All the fitting with the hose clamp are flexible fitting that you would get from Home Depot or Lowes.

The bed won't close. Some run it through the motor cover. This was less work on trying to figure out easy way to snorkle without to many angles. Took about an hour to do.

I just finished up my 04 TBX 400, all I have to say is it was kind of a PITA and that Home Depot blue pool hose was my friend

Here are some pics.  I'll get some final pics when I put it all back together.

On My 500m 06 model i just put a 90 over 45 up and a 45 tip it comes out right in front of my hb's and it rubs a little on the right side of the pod but not anoff to hurt anything but if i get my rad moved up top i'm going to put a u-bolt around it and make it go around the snorkel so it wont rub....How much does it cost to get the rad moved up top for all the materials?

On my bike the oil cooler is not sandwiched behind the rad. I used 1 1/2 pvc tubing. I does not bind well.
