you will have 3 pipe sticking up when done, one for the air box and the other 2 for the belt. the little hoses that are there are for the Gas tank vent Top of the carb vent and the Radiator over flow line.. you will also need to check the carb float bowl drain lines and make sure they are puged off or have a one way check vavle in them..

Which pipe out of the 3 is generally the air intake?  Im assuming its the left one.  I also thought it could be the center one so i wasnt sure, im hoping to get mine into the center because i plan on making the center a bit higher that the outside ones, for looks mainly, but it wouldnt hurt to have the highest one be the intake lol...

My 650v2 has 2 pipes leading from the airbox to the front intake... do i just snorkle the left pipe ? what do i do with the one on the right ?

I just finished my V2 use the left one and use 2 45 and then I bought a 90 rubber piece to go straight down from my intake for my carbs then used a 90 then a short piece of 2" then another 90 an ran it straight up. Then for the exhaust side of the belt i used a 3-2" reducer 2" 90 then a long piece of 2" pipe then a 45 then another piece of 2" then a 90 staight up you will have to play around with it to get them all straight but theres not much to it.

is this the basic grocery list for the AC 650 H1?

My warrenty doesnt cover water in the engine, so i figured i would get a snorkel and make it kina like a little insurence policy.

I think by having snorkels it will end your warrenty when i first got my quad  i added a muffler, air filter , and tires and the guy came to me and said Hey sir you have no warrenty anymore bcuz of this ( idk if it was dealer that hated me or i killd the warrenty )

well i called the dealer and he said because i bought the bike from him, he would warrenty the drive terain and stuff, but not the engine.

And as long as the problem doesnt come from water or dirt in the engine, then he will still warrenty the engine. But from what i here, Cats stand up pretty freaking good to anything you through at it. So im no too worried about it breaking down too soon. Plus i bought it a month ago.

Im guessing just about everybody does. So hopefully yall can help me. Ive got an H1 and i only did the air so far, but i guess it doesnt matter because i still cant get over my tires in the mud or the water. I only have 27's so it not very deep. When i get into it  it starts running like crap. I put the die-electric grese on all my connections but still having big problems. If anybody could help me you would by my hero. Thanks

ok i might be repeatin some steps:
grease the spark plug........ plug the carb drain........check for water in the air box (just incase the snorkle leaked)..... otherwise they dont have many problems...... oh and silicone the bottom of the air box where the duckbills are cause they leak (also id do this to the belt exhaust (front bottom) there is a duckbill there as well if you need time before you finish snorkles and you want to ride)   ok so questions welcome.......

well you could, but i dont think its a good idea cause its suppose to swap air so the belt dont get hot.    in turn the y would circulate the air makin it hotter every time through......  dependin on the bike you should have plenty of room....

i know this isnt anything pertaining to wat is currently listed right now but when i snorkeled my machine (2007 h1) all 2 in. the bottom belt snorkel in front after the rubber reducer with the way boss500 had his done with the street 90 didnt work for me it wouldnt sit high enough over the front drive shaft so i used a hard 90 elbow (basically looks like an L not the curving elbow .) and took the machine out and it didnt hit at all anymore.  justhtough i would put this on here for someone who maybe looking for tips

yea they are all different mine really look nothin like any of these i used gwc's guidlines and did my own thing that is really the best way....... by the way mikee622856 you can leave the bottom belt snorkle there if you want to do that just sillicone the duck bill at the bottom real well.....  the stock tranny snorks are high allready and that would work fine.....
