Hey DJ, i live in central , MS, Philadelphia and Carthage are not very far from me if u know where im talking about. I called NAPA today and he said he had a 3/4" hose that had a 90 and like 3 feet on one end and 3 or 4 inches on the other, which would work perfect i believe, if i trimmed some off the end with 3 or 4 inches so it would 90 straight down . Everyone ive talked to said as long as u can get the 3/4 heater hose on the fittings that it would most likely give enough flow, and should work fine, i know some guys in the radiator relocation forum said they used 3/4 heater hose, and it was just kinda hard to get on the fittings. Im gonna go pick up that piece of heater hose today and when i get home tonight from work ill proly c what its gonna look like. Oh and thanks for the pictures, after i c how the hose is gonna fit and what kinda clearance its gonna give me, i may or may not look into slotting the top radiator mount holes and moving the rad. a slit bit forward. I appreciated ur patience with me lol.

Is the parts list on the first post for the H1s?  If not has anyone put one together yet?

Glad to here that the measurements and list was close.  It takes some time to role the fittings just right to get the angle correct so the pipes come up straight.  Might need a slight tweak here or there but it should get you real close.  I've used this list on two others than mine and it seems to work fairly well.  Post any improvements to my list for others..........love them snorkeled cats!

I havent had a chance to really look over mine since I got it, but is there any reason why no one is using the spa/flex hose for the air intake, seemed like it would ease some fitment issues on the airbox side, but like I said havent looked at mine close yet and Im no expert by anymeans, just curious.

Yeah I agree, but couldnt you use the hose from the airbox up and then connect it to black abs where it comes out the plastic?  Ive seen a foreman that was that way.  Just thought it might be easier to clear the radiator and other obstacles that you guys were talking about for the intake.

when you do yours you will see there is no issue with the AIR box snorkeling its the easyest one of them all to do, there is allready a rubber hose coming from the main air box all you have to do is hook into it with a 90* pvc pipe and run of it where every you like. it takes about 15 mins to do after the first time its way easy.. its when you start mess with the other snorkels off the tranny that things start to get real tight in there..imop

Ahh ok I just heard guys talking about clearing the rad so I assumed that the airbox was the tougher one.  Good to know though.  I havent gotten a chance to ride mine yet, gonna take it out on the 10th for a trail/mud ride, once I see there are no factory defects then I will snorkle it....The work never ends but its fun!

just the air intake and run all you air vent lines up to the gauge pod or as high as your snorkel is.

On the H1s, are you guys just removing that black piece close to the pod that says "speedrack" all together?  Or are you cutting it out to fit the snorkles?

I like that way best too (after looking at them all) I know the rear tranny pipe will be hard, but on the front, couldn't you just do some work on the factory snorkle, instead of changing the whole thing,  just cut and add? Just wondering if there was a need to replace the entire snorkle.

For the most part it will work you have to change a few things.... once you stair at it long enough it will come to you. I did my h1 with a little help from here but most of it was all me.

ok guys i blew the pictures up and understand a little more. what i need to know is exactly what all needs to be snorkeled on the 650 twin? and what are those little clear tubing lines coming up with the larger abs? i need to know what them go to? if i knew exactly how many snorkels i needed i think i would be ok by looking at the pics from the green artic cat in the post.im pretty good at plumbing so i will get the stuff on the list for a starter. so if you guys could list all the items need snorkeled on the 650 twin, i think i can git er dun. i wish i would have kept all the plastic off from when i drowned it out last weekend, would have made things ALOT  easier. also, a little off the subject, but with these big tires i am fixing to put on, i am sure i am going to need a clutch kit for this machine. i looked in the tech section, but couldnt find anything on them. would someone please give a little insight as to which one a good one might be and how to install it, or is it even something i can do?
thanks
