These are the 2 links that helped me get started with this. I used the cvt exhaust off this link and added a 45 then about 2inches of spa hose and a 90 to bring it out the front right side. You will need to loosen up some of the wires by cutting some ty straps to make this fit here.

www.aurorawheelers.com.../2612.html

The next link I used for both intakes. For the engine intake off the 2" to 1 1/2" rubber connector I used 2 90's to come out the bottom left side (easy). I had to mark the one 90 after it came out and cut it down to size. The cvt intake is ran straight up behind the speedo and a 90 to come out the center top.
www.myoutlander.com/fo...owtopic=29

All of the 90's that come out the top are male / female type and the male side comes out a 1" or so through the holes. Next I used 1 1/2" rubber connectors and 45's. The 45's will level them vertically and then run your stacks as high as you want. Use a lot of heat tape on the front cvt intake and cvt exhaust. I also used a 2" wood hole saw bit for and it was a perfect for the 90's coming out the top. Get it all mocked up to where it all should go then use a marker or pencil and make a line on all connections then remove the snorkel match up the lines and seal it up.

Hope this helps.

i finished snorkeling mine yesterday. i didn't run tubes out, i kept the hoses under the speedo. so the bike still looks stock.  witch is high enough for me. i used 2" hose for the trans vent and exhaust and used 1 1/2 for the air box. i am going to test it out this weekend, if everything goes good I'll post pics on how i did mine, its really simple.

Thanks Team Quad, I would like to see more of them snorked out as well and hope this post helps give some Ideas to other owners.

back2sportsman, let us know how it works out.  I would like to see some pic.  I really wanted to do 2 inch for the cvt air flow but out the top it wouldn't fit.  I was thinking on running a 2 inch out of the cvt into a Y-connector and out of one Y reduce it to 1 1/2 inch and run it out the top then the other side of the Y keep it open for trail riding days and then cap it off for the mud days.  This is only a after though I will keep it like it is until I think the 1 1/2 inch is not enough air flow to keep it cool.

so did you ever figure out if the 1 1/2" tube is enough for the belt exhaust?
