When are we all getting together again? Does anyone have plans for a ride in the near future? Lets all pitch in here and check our schedules and get a ride going.

i was not planing on riding till memorial day but if we can get a ride up before then i would be in. i would love to come up to your place and ride but cant afford the trip right now, maybe in a couple weeks though. grizzguy, would you be interested in going up to hadmuds place, he has some good riding and we could ride together if you wanted.

Absolutely, if you can make it up to Metropolis we can ride up together. Just let me know. I never knew there was any good riding up around that area so I would like to check it out too.

well i am off every weekend so you let me know when you will have a chance to go and we will see what ole hadmud has going on. hey, i meant o ask you, what was wrong with your bike the time before last at paddys after she drowned out in that hole. was it dirt in the carb like we thought?

Sure was. There was grit on the slide and around the jets. Those carb screws are ridiculous to get off! I guess the dirt got in there through the carb vent lines, I'm gonna extend them and my differential vent lines up and zip tie them to my snorkels. I may be free to ride after noon this saturday, I'll let you know.

What about this coming Sat.? I work the following 2 weekends after that. I'm like ya'll, I would like to check out the riding over there around metroplois HADMUD was talking about. I really don't care where we ride. I have a couple of friends that might come with me if ok.

Im ready for another ride too. Where is this place your talking about? If your talking about going to Marion, IL. I might have to let you go try it out first. And let me know how it is. That would be a long drive for me.

Well there you all are. How is you all a been doing? I wanted to try and get you guys together to come up to my neck of the woods. There are several places to ride and theres no way you could see them all in one weekend so we will have to decide how long everybodys got and whats the availability. I have already talked to EZ and hes in. I work every stinkin weekend so i will have to take off but it will definatly have to be after Memorial Day weekend. I would say some where in June, any weekend fine with me. That should give everybody plenty of time to schedule. ..............You all can stay at my house and have a shindig or we can go camping, I'm leaving up to you all...................

Hadmud, That sounds good to me. I work 2 weekends a month so I feel some of your pain having to work 4! Just let me know when and where and I or we will try to make it. As far as this Sat., anyone going to go anywhere? Paddy's, Linton, .... any other suggestions??

hey there wingshooter. Maybe we can hook up during the week. Me and my boy are always going somewhere during the week. That goes for all you weekend warriors as well. If any body has days off during the week and wants to see some great places to ride let me know! That also goes both ways if you ride somwehere during the week, let me know ..................Wing you and I cant be the only weekenders out there........

Nope, 2 weekends a month for me too. But that's ok, I like my weekdays off a plenty.

I can ride on wed, thur, or fri. I have some friends that work on the barge and they just got off. I'm sure they could make it for friday. So far thats 7, lets see who else could make it for friday......

There could be a chance, I could make it on a friday? If I did I would head out thir. nite and get some sleep up their? no wait a min.........I,m thinking the wife has a class to take on friday? which would mean I would have to pick up the kids from school, I will find out monday for sure?

well i cant ride during the week but i would defintely like to get all of us together some weekend in june and ride up at the lake that we rode last yaer with you hadmud. that was a fun ride. then maybe we could run over to tuckers and ride if we get done at the lake in time. i have stuff to do the first 2 weekends in june but after that i am free.

Lets set up a ride for friday. I know a great place thats closer for you guys and it's in Creal Springs, IL. Thats about 25 mn from Vienna which is about an hour from paducha. It has trails that go as far as Goreville, Il (20 mile). Everyone speak up here and lets set a time. You won't be dissapionted fellas it is a great place to ride....

Probus lets go ahead and set a date for June. How about the weekend of June 23. All you guys are welcome to come over and go riding for the weekend. We have several places to ride and they are all great trails. Round em up probus lets get this ride going........

That sounds like a good place for Friday Hadmud. I gotta work Thursday night, I get home about 6am Friday. Wouldn't mind catchin a few[sm=schla03.gif]if that's ok. Whatever ya'll think though.

Hadmud, What about this Fridays ride? I have me and another guy coming as of right now. I thought there was somewhere close to metropolis to ride. The other is fine just a little further than I was hoping. Just let me know asap so I can make plans. What kind of riding is it going to be? Anything like Paddy's? I have been to tuckers 1 time before but was very dry and no one there!

FRIDAY THE 19- I will be there at 9am. We can meet at the gas station in town, you can't miss it it's the only one. Creal Springs IL, you all check your maps.....Sorry you cant make it ez. Would you be able to come up on thursday at all?.......If you all have any q's call me..........

Nope hadmud, I cant make it on thir. maybe the week after that, or something? will see? The weekend of june 16th, could be a weekend as far as I know could work for me on that ride.

Hadmud I can make either the 16th or 23rd, whatever is best for everyone else. 9AM Friday? Sure are making it hard on somebody that has to work 12 hours Thursday night, may have to take one of those patented EZ on the trail naps[sm=schla03.gif]! Looking forward to seeing some new territory though, I'll be there.
