Hey Y'all, yes I'm still alive and kicken. Just been extremly busy. We decided to buy a house so between lookin for one and buying one it been hecktic. Bought one and got moved in so that parts out of the way, now just getting everything put up. Dont know when I'm gonna get to go riding tho, Josh rolled the Kawi in a creek and filled it plum full of water. Its gonna have to have the case split and dont know when I'm gonna have the money for that. Talk to y'all later.

GWC, My dad said to me one time when I was real young

"do you do everthing that your friends do? If your friend jumped off a cliff would you"

I think of that saying every now and then. ""

If I can get one of the guys to ride down there with me I'll be down.... Probably wont come solo, long drive at 4:30 in the morning.

More worried about the belt than the motor. I just ordered Dalton springs today and would like to get them in before I do too serious a mudding.

My brother is checking (begging) with his old lady today to see if she will let him get away this weekend. If so we will be down.

We need to start using one thread or the other. Seems like we are talking the same thing in both threads.

No NinJak, it still has the tranny and belt system from Kawi. They did change the gears a bit to try to help with the belt problem.

Did you put the secondary spring in yours yourself?

I get to your neck of the woods every so often myself. I pick up orders about one time a month at Simmons Guns there in Spring Hill.

Maybe we could work something out........ I ordered a new Secondary spring today.

GWC, Got the MST's on today. Have another problem, let the boy (17 years old and should have known better) take the quad to shop class to put on the Front Brush Guard. He stripped the star head on one bolt and stripped out the inside threads of one of the holes on the frame.
I cant get to it with a tap, at least not with the handle it has, so I need to take it into a machine shop and see what they can do.
My luck sucks this week.

I did think about that. I was setting on the garage floor pissed off at the world and looked over at the welder about 5 feet away. But decided Id wait and try the machine shop first.

Hey Thanks DMR, I just came from the machine shop this morning (I was waiting there at 8:00) He had a much cooler tap wrench that fit right in there and he had the dang hole, and the damaged bolt re threaded in about 5 minutes. Charged me $5 cash and I went on my way happy as a cow in clover.

I need to live closer to you so I can get you to help fix all my screw ups.
