is there plenty of oil in the head area?????could be a oil prob....

There was when I took it apart, but i will put a oil pressure gage on it and see what the pressure is i would like to no anyhow. But yea sure enough that would do it, the funny thing is it is only the exhaust lobe and the rocker.
The journals that the cam rides in are perfect and the intake lobe looks real good.
I am thinking that maybe the compression release that keeps the exhaust valve open on start up some Howe stayed open and ruined the ex lobe. Anyways these is the second cam in these motor both had worn ex lobes.

Going to try .Lake was down last week i drove across were you were swiming at the RR bed.The holes had some water in them that were dry the last time you were there.

It really is a great ATV, I put about 500 miles on it down in Fort Scott, Ks at my grandma's house over 8 days this summer... Yea I know, that's a lot of riding but I was mostly doing 40 MPH on gravel roads just enjoying what little scenery there is in Kansas,

It really is fun just to cruise around on gravel roads 20 miles from anywhere blaring Zeppelin as loud as you can... lol It ran great the whole time and surprisingly enough the front and rear brakes both stayed working after a few water crossings, I think it's because I greased the crap out of the bearings and the seals. It's sort of depressing to list it for sale because of all the time I have put in it but I need money for other things,

It was a good day for sure

sep charile blew a belt so had to go home alittle early that he wanted to

but got most of the day in. i stayed til 4:00 and rode with some other guys.
Play "guide" for the rescue people when some guy tryed to climb the side of a cliff and got squished by his atv.I could not beleive the hill this guy tryed to climb

i dont think any atv could climb it.

Sorry to hear Charlie blew a belt that sucks but at least it did not happen in the beginning, cant belive that belt has lasted is long as it did.
All my parts should be in so when I get back, 1 day to put the H1 back together and she will be ready for the week end if you guys can make it.
Thanks for tweaking my sig looks cool, I had no idea what in the world you guys were talking about HPAC but after reading on the A/C section I got it figured out, that is pretty funny stuff.
Got both bikes dialed in on Ethanol, the 500 runs real good, I noticed it pulls a tad bit harder and runs real strong. I think I had that carb of 20 times before I got it right 165 main ,42 pilot, slide drilled, spring clipped, clip on the second notch. Seeee Yea
