whats the biggest i can get without any major mods?
im already runnin 27" mudlites without them rubbing i just want some more ground clearance

The only bolt on lifts are about 2 inches. You can get custom lifts up to around 8 to 10.

With the 2 inch lifts, 27 inch tires are about as much that can be easily fit, and without heavy motor/gearing mods, they are about the biggest tire a 500 foreman can effectively turn.

You can put some 28's on there but they may rub a little. I have a friend with 28" laws on his 500 with no lift. He just trimmed the fenders a little.

i got 28 inch laws on my 500 i put on a 2 inch and it barely rubs but needs more power to turn good

I have 28 outlaws with aftermarket rims 2 inch lift and they do not rub.

just sell it and get a cat 500 and stick some 29.5's under it stock...then you'll be all set and not have to worry bout gc...
