okay my brother just got a 08 bf 650 with pro circuit exhaust and the hl programmer and k&n filter. Know what I need is what are you guys jetting your bikes to we have his with 148s and thats smaller than stock is this right

then why did he get the programmer? just curious i would go up 2 jet sizes im messen with the 4man now i started out with a 175 went to a 170 and still dumping to much fuel to the point it stalling it out and fouling the plug im going to try the 165 next and see what happens hpoefully it will fix it

What jets are you using. There is a cross reference guide in the tech section. I know most of the brutes are in the 130s and 140s. I am not sure on the stock sizes but 99% of the brutes I have come into contact with have all been really rich. How is it running with 148s?
