how far does a stock snorkle go up on the intake snorkle if anyone has pics with there plastics off or what not and if it is stock and i get water in the other two snorkles it is ok right that is jsut the belt and i can drain it correct

umm you still dont want water in your belt....its bad for the clutching....

And the stock belt exhaust is REALLY low...

The stock intake is right behind the airbox...but you still have to take into account things like how low the gasdtank vent is....you dont want water in anything on a brute....Snorkle it right...its cheap insurance for 50$

only thing is i bought the 5 yr warranty on it since it was first yr on efi and i know that can be expensive to fix and i dont want to void it

which hose is the gas tank vent?

what are the two hoses under the brute for, one is yellow on mine and one is black. both come out the bottom near the oil drain

how do you snorkel the gas vent?

The gas tank vent is tucked into the frame on the right side, above the tank. There's only 1 line there.

The yellow, should be your carb drain line. The yellow part is probably the check valve.

The black, if its REAL thin, is probably an airbox drain. If it has a little black plug in the end, than I know thats what it is.
