and its a new peice of crap the plastic dont seem to fit right its like the fenders are sagging under the seat (i can see the heat sheild with the seat on) and it dont perform like it did before is there any adjustment to the throttle?

is the throttle screw screwed all the way out. It's on the back side of the thumb lever.
