really what ever you want, i run 85/140 in mine i like to use alittle thicker then normal, but it is just cheap stuff and change it every few rides if you ride alot of water. i think most people use the normal 90w oil.

I run 80w-90 in all mine. Buy it by the 2.5 gallon jug at Tractor Supply and use a 2stroke mixing syringe to squirt it in.

I run synthetic just because it takes water a little better. But running cheap gear oil and changing it more often would do about the same thing. 6 of one, half dozen of the other. I've got three bikes to keep up with, so less oil changing the better.
