With a 6" and a leveling kit, 37's will be a much better fit.  However, with 37's you'll want to do a gear swap as well, (I did with 35's).  I guess you could always remove the leveling kit before installing the 6".  The 6" will only raise the rear about 4" to compensate for the factory nose-down stance.  Without a taller block, block and add a leaf, or 6" springs, the leveling kit combined with a 6" kit will have your front end sitting much higher than the rear.

here is my F150 leveled with stock tires (Leveling kit is an Original 2.5" AutoSprings spacer. They have since redesigned there spacer to eliminate the upper a-arm from hitting the coil spring.) I put 60,000 miles on this leveling kit without any issues. Its what most of the F-150 guys use and is pretty simple to install. It bolts on the top of your coil over so you do not need to compress the spring.

here is is leveled with 325x60x18 Nitto Terras (33x13.00x18) on a 18x9 wheel with 5" backspacing. (very minor trimming on the inside of my lower fender- 5 mins with a demel)

and here is my F-150 as it sits today with a 6" Fabtech (5" rear blocks w/ ProComp long AAL) and 35x12.5x20 Toyo M/T on 20x9 Wheels with a 5" backspace.

I attemped to stack a 2" Autosprings leveling kit ontop of the 6" and didnt like how it totally maxed out the suspension and I could not get anything to compress (although many people have done it).... My truck was sitting at 10" of lift! I ended up removing the spacer and staying at 6"s.....

I felt little to no affect in ride quality with the leveling... and it made a world of difference in looks!

they rubbed a little when i first put them on because of the offset of the wheels. they stick out from under the truck a good bit. after a little bit of trimming they don't scrub.
