Just like tuning any motor, you need to tune at different throttle positions and read the plug....or if you want the absolute easiest and most accurate way (besides a dyno tune), buy an Air / Fuel ratio meter.  I've got an LM-1 and really like it.  I did a lot of mods to my old 600 and I didn't have a starting point.  I got it dialed in pretty quick using the LM-1 AFR meter downloaded to the computer.

If you want to do it the old fashioned way, use your throttle screw so you have the exact throttle position.  Make a few runs at that position and read the plug.  Adjust you EFI controller for that throttle position / rpm.  Go through these steps for as many throttle positions as you feel necessary (the more the better) and you should be on your way.

Start out with the stock setting based on your mods.  Go throught low to mid acceleration and then check th plug.  If it seems white close to the end then add more to the yellow setting.  Test it at wide open throttle.  Look at plug att or subtract on the red setting.  The EHS controlled should be very close to being spot on though.
