do they make any kind of locker or stock parts i could use to make my 2003 400 i have a locker?

Yes, You can buy a pinion gear for the rear differential and install it in the front. Then it will be locked all the time. I did this on my 2002 400i, it was a B to turn but pulled like crazy in the mud. Or you could get a front diff from a newer model 400 that had a selectable locker built in. But then you will have to be careful of what year you buy because some of the 400's came with 4.0 gears not the 3.6 gears your bike has.

I say get a 2006 or newer 400 diff with 4.0 gears and selectable locker then change your gears in the rear diff to 4.0 also then you will be geared down and locked. Best of both worlds.
