I dont think anybody has asked this before. I have the primary puller for my V but why couldnt you just grab a hold of the primary clutch and pull it off?

the first time i ever tried to take my primary off... the bolt cam out easy with my electric impact but i but the puller in and the electric impact wouldnt budge it... so i had to pull out the air impact and then i came off... so i doubt you will be able to pull it off

I have pulled mine off numerous times while experimenting with weights and springs trying to get something to race with so mine comes off fairly easy

that is not a good thing.  the primary is a pressed tapered fit you should nerver be able to pull it off by hand.  i would be afraid to ride you bike.......  if that hing comes loose then someone is losing a leg

No I said mine comes off easy since It has been pulled off many times. I didnt mean that you could pull it off by hand. Somebody said that they had a hard time getting theirs off with an impact. Mine isnt that hard
