Think it's a  decent deal ?
I have a nice 50 watt per channel Sony deck that I can stick in it.

A lot cheaper than some others out there. Not sure how well you will be able to hear it though.

Seems to be a good setup for the money.  There is one similar to this that alot of people run, I'm sure some know the brand I'm talkin bout, that most are paying $300 to $400 for.

I had one of these but had to keep replacing head units. Decided it was time to use mp3 amp. Bought the kit from H.L. works great sounds great! IMO

i bought one like what you show in the link except it had an internal antenna.  it worked okay but if you ride like me ( like a retard) the deck seems to bust off the mount inside.  i ended up getting a simalar model that looks the same but has an amp mounted inside and has a waterproof port in the top for your ipod.  works way better and takes a beating. mine is totally loud enough, i can hear it easily over my pipe and with helmut on.

I'd be worried that the head unit is mounted well enough to keep from breaking it over bumps.  Other than that looks good.

Head units are not designed for all the vibration. The mp3 setup works great.
