the last year of the kawi motors was in the 06 Vtwin. Since then, its been AC and Suzuki motors, now they have almost phased out Suzuki completely and are just about all Arctic Cat

here is a list of the engines a/c has used in the past and the companies that built them for them.

250 - kymco
300 - suzuki
366 - kymco
400 - suzuki
454 bearcat - suzuki
500 - suzuki
550H1 - arctic cat
650 V2 - kawasaki
650H1 - arctic cat
700EFI - suzuki
700H1 EFI - arctic cat
1000H2 EFI - arctic cat

and like was stated before, a/c is phasing out the suzuki and kawa motors, 06 was the last year for the kawa motor, 08 is supposed to be the last year for the suzuki 400 and 700efi. they will still use kymco to produce their dvx models and smaller atvs and the motors on them. they are still using the suzuki 500 for 09.

It's just gonna take them a few years to establish themselves as major players in the game. The first step of the process they've finally accomplished and that's cutting the apron string.

id say the first step was the 650h1. and the TC was a huge jump forward in that process.
